Bio: Her background is yet unknown...*but later she falls in love with Zero*


Zero and Yuuki were out doing their job one night when they heard a scream. They ran off to investigate. A Vampire just bit a 16 year old girl. He was currently sucking her blood when Zero shot him dead. "Yuuki go get Chairman Cross!" He barked. Yuuki nodded and ran off.
Zero lifted up the girl and took her into the school.

Name: Rio (village cherry blossom) Shirokawa (white river)
Age: 18(in human years)
Hair: strawberry blonde(in certain lights it looks like a extremely light pink[nearly white]) that reaches her waist
Eyes: light silver grey
Bio: Her family has sent her to Cross Academy in hopes of catching Kaname-sama’s eye and becoming his bride. But fate has caused her to catch the eye of a certain “Idol” and him to catch hers. Will she admit her feelings or will she continue to comply with her family’s wishes?

Rio stared out the window. She saw the guardians catch the foolish vampire and carry its poor victim inside. "Anything interesting happening outside?" Kaname asked. She turned and smiled."Actually yes Kaname-sama. It seems that Yuki Kuran and Zero Kiryu have saved a girl from some fool who decided to drink blood on campus." she answered. Kaname's eyes widened slightly as the smell of blood began to make everyone restless.
"Calm down everyone."he said. "Yes Kaname-sama." they chorused.

The girl was taken in and Zero and Yuuki helped her out. "Zero, I want you and Yuuki to look after her, since she was bitten we have no idea what kinda of vampire it was. I'll need Kaname to look at the vampire to verify it. But until something happens, we need her to be watched." Chairman Cross said. Cross got up and went to the Moon Dorms, and Kaname went out with him. Kaname confirmed Cross's suspicions. It was a pureblood that bit her..."Be sure to tell Yuuki and Zero that she'll be going into the night class." He said. Kaname nodded and took off. Zero looked at the girl his age. The funny thing was, this was exactly what had with Yuuki. Zero looked at Yuuki and shook his head, "Damn Vampires."

Rio walked back to the Moon Dormitory silently. That is until Hanabusa Aido walked up to her. "Hey Rio, what's up?" said boy asked. "Not much Hanabusa. Just wondering where Kaname-sama went." "I think he went to Headmaster Cross's office." Another voice, Akatsuki Kain, said. "Ahh, thank you Akatsuki." Rio answered. Aido glared at his cousin. "So, Hanabusa. Any plans for tomorrow?" Rio asked. Aido stopped dead in his tracks. Was she asking him out? "No. Why?" "Just curious is all." at her answer his heart dropped. "So, you wanna hang out with me tomorrow? You know, as friends?" Rio asked. Although he still didn't like the 'just as friends part', he still nodded. "Sure I'll be there!"
he said. "Cool." she answered.

After the girl was cleaned of her wound, pale nearly to the point of death she was carried by Zero, with Yuuki walking alongside him, they went to the moon dorms where she was given a room. They left her there, but Kaname was told that he had to watch and make sure nothing else happened to her before her transformation. Zero and Yuuki went back to their duties till they could go to bed.
*the following night*
Koratani Hasikawa awoke. She got up, blinked and looked around. The only things she could remember were 1) A Vampire bit her, but for some reason that she can't remember she didn't mind it that he did. 2) Her name is Koratani Hasikawa. 3) How to talk. She got up and in her skimpy red satin nightdress, left her room and roamed the halls. She had amnesia due to the shock from the life threatening event.

Rio's nose twitched as the scent of drying blood drew nearer. She laid her book down and walked to the door as a soft growl tore from her throat. She shook her head and placed two tabletis into a nearby glass of water, instantly turning to blood. She drank the sinister substanse before opening the door. "You know, if you don't clean yourself up you're going to get attacked again." she said calmly.

Startled from the sudden sound Koratani jumped back. "Yes m-ma'am!" She mumbled. She touched her wound. "I-I'll go clean it up." SHe ran back to her room and cleaned, dried and wrapped her wound. Then came back out, trying to look for the female whom spoke to her only minutes before.

"Ma'am?" Rio asked before the girl ran off. Sighing, she reentered her room and took another sip of her tablets. She heard footsteps and walked out of her room again, tablets and a cup of water in hand. "You got to be thirsty. Here, its not as good as the real thing but its better then killing people." she said, handing the cup and tablets to her before finishing off her own.

Koratani took the odd drink and looked at it confused. Not knowing exactly what to do, she watched the girl she would later know as Rio, and did as she did. Once the liquid went down her throat, Koratani made a weird face like someone who had their first drink of lemonade. "Bleck. Nasty red water." She said simply. "What do I call you?" She asked.

"Well its blood, not water. And I am Rio." she answered.

"Rio." Koratani repeated like a child. She touched her wrapped wound. "Blood..." She shivered violently fo a second then blurted, "Vampire. Vampire drink blood. One bit me...You, Rio vampire." She stated. "I am Koratani Hasikawa." "Vampires...I like them."

"Welcome to the club Kotani." Rio said sarcasticly.

Koratani chuckled, "Sarcastic...I like you, you're good." "Need to find way outta here. Need to find home...But...I woke here...Is this home?"
"It is now." Kaname said to the girl. "Good evening Rio, almost ready for class?"

Rio bowed her head. "Yes Kaname-sama." she answered

"Good." He turned to Koratani and asked, "So what's your name?" "Koratani Hasikawa." Kaname nodded. "Follow me." He said. "I'll see you soon Rio."
WHen Kaname left. Aido and his cousin walked up, "Hey Wild, go ahead. I want to talk with Rio alright?" Aido asked. Akatsuki nodded and took off.

Rio turned to see Aido. "Good morning Aido." she said to him.

He grinned. "Mind if I walk you to class?"

Rio grinned back. "Not at all."

With an impish grin on his face, he walked to class with her, talking about homework and all the recent events.

As Rio walked alongside Aido, she couldn't help but think about how calm he always made her feel. Much more calm then Kaname did.

When they got a class he couldn't help but frown a little thinking he wouldn't be able to talk much to her now. But he quickly smiled again, and took a seat. With a simple wink he hoped it would transfer to her that he wanted to talk and hang with her more.

Rio returned the wink. She wanted, more like needed, to spend time with him. But she had her orders. 'Live sucks.' she sighed.

Koratani sat in the back of the class trying to make sense of what was going on in class but she had no idea what was happening. None of it made sense to her but she kept notes just in case.

After class, Rio looked around for Aido. Her shoulders sank when she didn't see him. She walked to her room, head down. That is until she bumped into the new girl.

"Sorry." she said briskly.

"Oh, no it's fine. Are you alright?" Koratani asked.
